Emergency Information Magnets

I have two small kiddos that have seizures and I know from experience that having key information handy for family, babysitters etc is so important.

 

I also wanted to make these kid friendly with a "you are at" section. This could help a young child provide information to dispatchers if they ever have to call 911.

Each magnet may be customized to meet your household's needs. I can change the names (mom, dad), add another contact etc. The address section can be left blank for you to fill in or I can engrave the address on for you. If you want the address engraved, please message that to me directly.
